Of course the real cost of smoking is not only experienced as pain in the wallet! However, you don't need me to tell you about the potential health consequences. We've all heard it all before. What a person needs to decide is whether it is truly worth the costs, financially and otherwise. If you decide it is then your decision should be respected. You are an adult and you are free to choose what you do.

However, if you decide that you're not willing to suffer the financial burden of smoking anymore then you might consider having Hypnotherapy. Investing a comparatively tiny amount of money and allowing Hypnotherapy to help you stop smoking, could be the best decision you've ever made!
