Some people have the misconception that a Hypnotherapist is there to fix them without their doing anything. In this part we discuss how a Hypnotherapist can help someone to make profound change, but only with their co-operation. It's not the case that you lie back and the Hypnotherapist does all the work. You and your Hypnotherapist work as a team. After all it's your mind and only you have control of it. To enable change to occur you must be open to it and happy to follow instructions. In the video clip I use the metaphor of a driving instructor and pupil to illustrate the importance of co-operation in Hypnotherapy.
